I Certify that I am a citizen of good repute of the United States of America; that I am not a member of any organization or group having as its purpose or one of its purposes the overthrow by force and violence of the Government of the United States or any of its political subdivisions; that I have never been convicted of a crime of violence; and that, if admitted to membership, I will fulfill the obligations of good sportsmanship, good citizenship, and support the objectives of the club.

The Blue Hill Rifle and Pistol Club is an active community association that meets and conducts business on a monthly basis.





Club Facilities:

The Blue Hill Rifle and Pistol Club maintains an indoor small-bore / center-fire handgun range, an outdoor range for trap and two outdoor 100 yard ranges for rifle or pistol shooting. Our facilities are well maintained and family-use oriented in order to best support our members and our community. The Club supports the local community through marksmanship and safety training courses for various organizations including the 4-H and soon, the Boy Scouts Of America. The Club is proud of its tradition of community support and always looks for additional avenues to encourage safe and responsible firearms use.

Monthly Meetings:

Meetings are held every second Monday of the month at 7:00pm throughout the year at the Club's range facilities.   

Please consider attending the monthly meetings, participating in some of our shoots / activities and especially volunteering to help out at some of the club functions.

* 9/7/17: The Hunter Safety course is being held on Saturday, September 9th. If you are interested, please contact Ken Saunders (See below for Ken's contact info)

* 9/7/17: 4-H Sign up will be September 13th, and Basic Rifle will start on September 20th.

* 9/7/17: The club is looking for someone to take over the Newsletter. If you are interested, please contact Ken Saunders (See below for Ken's contact info)

* 4/10/17: The Release form passed and will be part of the membership requirement.

* 4/10/17: The FOB review process will be starting, combletion by December 2017.



* Sundays - End of April to Early December: Trap and 5 Stand Sporting Clays Shooting 11AM-2PM.

* July 22, Aug 26, Sept 23 Gong Shoot- Registration 8-11am, Shooting begins at 9am.

* July 29 and Sept 30:- Cowboy Action Shooting- Registration: 8-9am, Shooting begins 9am

* 3rd Saturday of Every Month: Cowboy Fast Draw- Registration starts at 9:00am, match begins at 9:30am 'til last man or woman standing. (Indoor Range - Year Round Event)

* October 15:- Annual Fall Shoot- 10am-4pm

Cowboy Action Shooting in 2017!

Cowboy Action Shooting returns to Blue Hill in 2017 for two scheduled shoots: July 29th and September 30th.

Shooting sports fun for all ages! 
      

We will again offer a fun day for everyone in the family with events for all ages. Outdoor activities include running and standing deer events, Cowboy Fast Draw, a turkey shoot, Archery for the kids and Trap Shooting all day long. Indoors the range will be open with air pistols and rifles and .22’s. There will be food available all day long, and – Dinner at 5pm. The Blue Hill Rifle and Pistol Club’s Annual Fall Shoot has been a great time for families and individuals to get to know shooting sports or enjoy the ones you already know. Helpful members will be on hand to assist and provide instruction. Please join us for a fun day with great people.

The Lock Stock and Barrel 4-H Club is a youth club for ages 9-19.

The Club is a shooting sports program that offers a number of different disciplines, rifle, shotgun, archery and Blackpowder. The club meets once a week on Wednesday nights from 6-8, at the Blue Hill Rifle and Pistol Club from September through May.

Lock Stock & Barrel Winter 2017 Newsletter

4-H Postal League ended Wed. Feb. 1.

Wed. Feb. 15th Advance Archery starts for teen club. The 4-Her must be 13 and have completed Basic Archery. The course will go for four weeks, Feb. 15th, 22nd, March 1st, and March 8th. The program starts at 6 pm.

A three week wildlife course will run at the same time as the Advance Archery. 4-Her’s ages 9 and up will learn about wildlife, their tracks, skeleton’s and pelts.

Wed. March 15th the club is taking a break and will not meet.

Wed. March 22nd Basic Archery will begin at 6:00 pm. It will be on Wed, March 22nd, 29th and April 5th and 12th.

Teen activity to be announced.
